Do you charge a diagnostic fee?

Most HVAC company’s charge a fee to come take a look to cover the cost to get a technician out to your home. Guardian calls this a dispatch fee. During certain times of the year all AC companies including Guardian will offer a special where we waive the fee with a paid repair. It’s recommended to find a local and trustworthy company and follow them on what ever plat form you like…, Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, ext… to see when they are running specials. This way you can redeem those offers when you feel you need some type of service.
